One Arm Snatches, alternating arms
Use a 1.5/1 pood Kettlebell.
Squat mobility: 2 minutes at the bottom of the Squat, then bring feet together then go to the bottom of the squat again, working on ankle mobility.
Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes do:
20 Rope Jumps
then as many Squats as possible in the time remaining. Count total number of Squats.
