Shoulder Press 5-3-1+, or if you have already done so this week then work on Handstand Push-up progressions.

Then,

For time:
30-20-10
Kettlebell swings
One Arm Snatches, alternating arms

Use a 1.5/1 pood Kettlebell.

CaliberFit101:

Squat mobility: 2 minutes at the bottom of the Squat, then bring feet together then go to the bottom of the squat again, working on ankle mobility.

Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes do:
5 Push-ups
5 Sit-ups
20 Rope Jumps
then as many Squats as possible in the time remaining. Count total number of Squats.
