Deadlift 3-3-3+

Then,
As many rounds as possible in 9 minutes of:
95/65 lb. Power Cleans, 10 reps
10 Box dips

CaliberFit101:
Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:
15 Squats
10 Sit-ups
5 Push-ups

If you fall behind the clock, keep going and record number of rounds and reps completed instead.
