CaliberFit101 classes concentrate on cardiovascular endurance and developing core strength and awareness of body movement. In CaliberFit101 we use bodyweight exercises such as lunges, sit-ups and push-ups, and concentrate on form and technique using little or no added weight. Here, safety and proper movement are paramount, with little or no intensity, and the workouts change daily. The goal is to eventually bring the student to an intermediate level of fitness where strength, stamina and cardiovascular ability is markedly improved. There are five available classes per week: 9:30 am on Mondays and Wednesdays and 7:30 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. It is limited to 10 students at a time.
