CrossFit Workout of the Day:
As many rounds as possible in 16 minutes of:
95/65 lb Sumo deadlift high-pull, 4 reps
95/65 lb Snatch, 6 reps
95/65 lb Back Squat, 8 reps

CaliberFit101:
Three rounds for time of:
20 Overhead Walking Lunge Steps
20 Sit-ups
20 Push-ups
20 Box Jumps
Burpees for max reps

First round is 2 minutes long, second round is 4 minutes long, third round is six minutes long. Rest 1 minute in between rounds.
