Men:
Shoulder to Overhead at 115/95/65 lbs
Penalty: 20 Double Unders, or 20 singles
Front Rack Lunges at 115/95/65
Penalty:5 Burpees
Repeat until time expires…

Women:
Shoulder to Overhead at 85/65/35 lbs
Penalty: 20 Double Unders, or 20 singles
Front Rack Lunges at 85/65/35
Penalty:5 Burpees
Repeat until time expires…
