Partner 1: 400 meter Run
Partner 2: 1 pood KB Swings for reps
Partners then switch places
Partner 1: 400 meter Run
Partner 2: Sit-ups for reps
Partners then switch places
Partner 1: 400 meter Run
Partner 2: Burpees for reps
Partners then switch places
