7 Bar Facing Burpees
15 Ground to Overhead, 135/75/45 lbs
7 Bar Facing Burpees
10 Ground to Overhead, 155/95/65 lbs
7 Bar Facing Burpees
5 Ground to Overhead, 185/135/95 lbs
7 Bar Facing Burpees
Ground to Overhead, 225/155/115 lbs for max reps

Women:
As many rounds as possible in 9 minutes of:
20 Ground to Overhead, 65/45/14 lbs
7 Bar Facing Burpees
15 Ground to Overhead, 85/55/35 lbs
7 Bar Facing Burpees
10 Ground to Overhead, 105/65/45 lbs
7 Bar Facing Burpees
5 Ground to Overhead, 135/95/65 lbs
7 Bar Facing Burpees
Ground to Overhead, 155/105/85 lbs for max reps
