Today we are doing “Murph” to honor all the heroes who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.


For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

If you have body armor or a 20 lb vest, wear it.

You can do “Murph” Rx’d, a half “Murph” or do it as a team.

Sign up online for the free class. Afterwards, we’ll be having a potluck barbeque! We’ll provide the grill and some grill fare. Bring your friends and family too! If they want to participate in the workout, have them sign up online. It’s free!
