The Summertime Challenge starts today! Come in early to get your measurements. We’ll then do the benchmark workout below. If you can’t come in today you can make it up any day this week up until the last class on Monday, May 18. Good Luck!

Level 3
As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:
5 Box Jump Overs, 30/24″
10 Toes to Bar

Rest 3 minutes

Then, as many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
Squat Clean Thrusters, 155/105

Level 2
As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:
5 Box Jump Overs, 24/16″
10 Knees to 90 degrees

Rest 3 minutes

Then, as many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
Squat Clean Thrusters, 95/65

Level 1
As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:
5 Box Jump Overs, 16/10″
10 Abmat Sit-ups

Rest 3 minutes

Then, as many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
Ground to Overhead, 55/35
