The year is coming to a close! So I thought I’d put together this collection of pics.

Looking at these I can’t help but notice a common theme. Through every workout, every party, every event, every outing and every challenge there is one thing that always is present with us and that is our unique sense of community. We are small, tight and cohesive, yet at the same time we are inclusive and welcoming of newcommers. Every day we work hard to be better, stronger and faster than yesterday, yet we know that there is life beyond the gym. We don’t take ourselves too seriously. Our community at CFC has become a one of a kind, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Because without you guys, all we would have is a gym. You guys are awesome and I thank you. I hope you all have a great New Year!

30 Double Unders or 90 Single Unders
31 Burpees
