The Paleo Challenge Starts Today!

It’s finally here! I hope you read up and stocked up because we’re in it for the long haul. For the next six weeks we’re going strict Paleo! Prepare yourself for some awesome results. You will get leaner. You will become faster. You will get stronger. Stick with it and you will get results beyond your expectations.

For those of you participating, come in early so you can pay your participation fee, get your pictures taken and get weighed in. Then warm up and stretch out on your own and prepare yourself for our favorite Paleo Challenge workout:

“The Blizz”

For time:
400 meter Run
15 Thrusters, 45 lbs
Then, two rounds of:
20 Squats
20 Sit-ups
20 Push-ups
10 Burpees
Then:
400 meter run
