Team Workout

Starting from the same location on the mat, the first person performs a 50 feet Farmers Carry Walking Lunge while the second holds the squat position. When the first person returns and drops the weights the second picks them up and performs the 50 feet Farmers Carry Walking Lunge while the first holds the squat position. Continue in this manner for as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes.
