Handstand Push-ups Every Minute on the Minute
With a continuously running clock, do one handstand push-up the first minute, two in the second minute, three in the third and continue in this fashion until you are unable to complete the amount of HSPU’s required. Record the number of minutes successfully completed.
If you cannot perform a HSPU, pick a progression that you are comfortable performing and use that one throughout.
